Big adventures.
Thoughtful care.
You’re trusting us with a member of your family. We take that seriously, from the first conversation to the moment your dog is back home.
Here’s how we approach the ride, the hike, and the dogs in our care.
Talk to Your Local Team
First, we get to know your dog.
The Get To Know visit helps us understand your dog’s personality, health, leash manners, and comfort around other dogs. We also talk through transport and home access.
It’s your chance to ask questions, too. Tell us about the things your dog loves and anything that makes them uneasy.

A good group starts with the right match.
We consider pace, temperament, and size when forming hiking groups. Our limit is four dogs per hiker, so the people leading the outing can give their dogs attention along the way.
Our hikes are on leash.
Their own space for the journey.
Dogs travel in individual Zen Dens aboard our buses. We discuss their comfort with transport before they join and arrange pickup and return details with you.
The adventure starts with getting comfortable.
The little check-ins matter.
Water breaks.
Attention to pace.
Watching how the dogs are doing.
Our hikers guide the outing with the group’s needs in mind.
We provide the hiking equipment and discuss allergies and other considerations with you before the first outing.
We plan around the weather.
Conditions can change the plan. Your local team will explain how heat, cold, storms, and trail conditions affect outings in your area, and how changes are communicated.
We’ll also explain our emergency contact process and the information we need from you before your dog begins hiking.

We’re bonded and insured. Before your dog starts, we’ll introduce the local team and explain how we handle pickup, transport, and care on the trail. Bring your questions—we’re happy to talk through the details.
We arrange the details together.
At the home visit, we agree on pickup and return access. After each hike, your hiker sends photos and a note about the day.
Have a question before an outing? Contact your local team directly. They’re the people who know your dog and your schedule.
Milo’s trail notes
Milo had plenty to investigate today. He settled into the hike with his buddies, enjoyed a water break in the shade, and gave one particular tree a very thorough inspection.
